The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has notified for admission into the medical degree and diploma programs for the academic year of 2025-26 under the competent authority quota in the state, into medical colleges affiliated to KNRUHS and Nizam’s Institute of Medical Science (NIMS).
Students who qualified for NEET PG 2025 can now register for web-based counseling for their preferred state merit position. The final merit list will be out after the inspection of the students' certificates, as the university stated. The cut-off score of General/EWS is 276, for General PWD candidates 255, and for OBC/SC/ST, including PWD, the cut-off score is 235 for the PG Medical programs.
The Online registration for the web counseling can be done on the official website of https://tspgmed.tsche.in/ from 8 a.m. on October 1 till 5 p.m. on October 8.
The students who are applying should have completed their internship on or before July 31 from any recognized medical college. For in-service students, the service offered by the government will be calculated starting on August 31.

Criteria and Documents needed to be eligible for Admission
The candidates are required to have an MBBS degree registered by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The one-year compulsory rotatory internship must be completed by the cut-off date. Applicants are also required to provide necessary documents like NEET-PG rank card, MBBS mark sheets, internship completion certificate, provisional/ permanent medical registration, latest photo ID Card, caste, and Birth certificates (where applicable).
KNRUHS NEET PG Reservation Policy
KNRUHS has restated that admissions shall be based strictly on the Government of Telangana reservation rules. The allocation of the seats will be done in the government, private, and minority medical colleges and made on the SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and other reserved quotas.

The application portal has already been launched online, and the final submission deadline is likely to be in the course of the next two weeks. The schedule with all the steps of document verification, merit list release, and counseling rounds will be announced soon on the official site.
