The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has officially announced the 8th class examination results for 2025 today. This year’s results reveal a remarkable performance by students in language subjects, particularly Hindi and English, while subjects like Mathematics, Science, and Social Science showed more challenges.
According to the latest data from JAC, 46,951 students got an A+ grade in Hindi and English, reflecting a strong performance in language subjects. However, the number of students achieving A+ grades in Mathematics, Science, and Social Science combined was significantly lower, with only 25,078 students reaching the top in these subjects.

Dhanbad: 30,139 students passed
Deoghar: 24,110 students passed

JAC 10th & 12th Results 2025 Coming Soon
The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) is set to announce the Class 10th and 12th board results soon, approximately around 23 May 2025. The exams were held from 11 February to March 2025. Over 4.5 lakh students appeared for the 10th exams and around 3.5 lakh for the 12th exams across Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.
Students can check their results online at the official website- jacresults.com. Candidates can access their results by entering their roll code and roll number. The result declaration will be followed by the release of provisional marksheets, with official certificates to be distributed by schools later.
