The Institute of Cost Accountants of India has officially announced the results for the CMA Intermediate and Final examinations today, on 11 August 2025. The ICMAI CMA Intermediate and Final exams were conducted over a week, from 11 June to 17 June 2025. The schedule was divided into two shifts daily, in which the Final course papers were held from 10 AM to 1 PM, followed by the Intermediate course papers from 2 PM to 5 PM.
Candidates appeared across multiple groups at two different levels. The Intermediate Level is for Group I and Group II candidates. The Final Level is for Group III and Group IV candidates. Individuals who took the exam can check their results from the official website. The ICMAI also conducted the Foundation exam offline using OMR-based answer sheets, and the results were released earlier on 8 July 2025.

Candidates can check and download their results using the following simple steps:
Step 1: Firstly, visit the official ICMAI website at icmai.in.
Step 2: Now, you will see a blue link for the results of the Intermediate and Final Examinations. Simply click on this link.
Step 3: A new result page will open up with multiple clickable links. Tap on the Check your result online option.
Step 4: In the end, enter your registration no and then press the Display Result button.
CMA Exam 2025 Results: Detailed Pass Statistics and Analysis
Below are the results insights showing ICMAI’s commitment to maintaining high professional standards in cost and management accounting education.
Intermediate Examination
Group I Only: Approximately 26,974 candidates appeared, out of which 2,864 cleared the exam, registering a pass rate of 10.62%.
Group II Only: Out of 15,333 candidates, 4,664 successfully passed, with a notably higher pass percentage of 30.42%.
Both Groups I & II: 9,998 candidates appeared for both groups. Within this set,
864 candidates passed in either one group (8.64%),
1,375 candidates cleared both groups, marking a 13.75% pass rate.
Total Intermediate level candidates who passed in June 2025 recorded at 5,491.
Final Examination
Group III Only: Of 10,503 candidates, 1,701 passed, achieving a pass rate of 16.20%.
Group IV Only: Out of 4,458 candidates, 1,108 cleared the exams with a pass percentage of 24.85%.
Both Groups III & IV: 3,493 candidates appeared for both groups jointly:
478 candidates passed in either one group (13.68%),
651 candidates successfully cleared both groups (18.64%).
A total of 2,167 candidates were declared successful at the Final level in June 2025.
