The answer key for Haryana HSSC CET has been released by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. The authority will release the answer key in two parts: the provisional answer key and the final answer key. The provisional answer key will include a list of all the correct answers to the questions asked in the question paper. Additionally, it will provide an opportunity for the candidates to raise any issues in the key. This feature is not available in the final answer key.
The exam was conducted on July 26 and 27, 2025, across 1,350 centers in Haryana, with over 13.47 lakh candidates appearing for Group C recruitment posts.
The Provisional answer key is now available on the official website hssc.gov.in, and candidates can check their responses, calculate their expected scores, and raise objections if they find any errors. The last date to submit objections is August 1, 2025, and no requests will be accepted after this deadline

How to Calculate Your Marks
The CET 2025 exam had 100 multiple-choice questions. For each correct answer, candidates were rewarded with 1 mark. The biggest advantage was that it did not have any negative markings. For a more detailed marking scheme, look below:
Response Type
Marks Awarded
Correct Answer
+1 mark
Incorrect Answer
0 marks
Unattempted Question (without marking the 5th option)
-1 mark
Example: If a candidate attempted 80 questions, got 60 correct, 20 wrong, and left 20 unattempted without marking the fifth option:
Correct: 60 × 1 = 60
Incorrect: 20 × 0 = 0
Unattempted: 20 × (-1) = -20
Total Score = 60 – 20 = 40 marks
How to Raise Objections
If the candidate finds any mistake in the answer key, they can object online. Here is how to raise obligations effectively :

Pay the non-refundable fee of INR 250 per question

The HSSC CET Final Answer Key
