Many rumours claim that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the results for the class 10th and 12th board exams on May 2, 2025. However, the date of the results is still not clarified from the board’s side. It is still expected to be released in the second week of May. Despite several media agencies reporting a release date of May 2, 2025, sources indicate that the CBSE Class 10th and 12th board Results 2025 are expected soon, likely around May 13.

Senior officials of the CBSE say, “We do not have a green signal from any department yet. There is information for students and parents that they should know: a lot of work goes into preparing and finalising the board results. We have to make sure that there are no mistakes in the result. Once the result is ready, we will ourselves let everyone know and publish the scorecards on our websites.”

Another CBSE source shared that this year's results are likely to be released around the same time as last year. In 2024, CBSE announced the Class 10 and 12 results on May 13, and both were declared on the same day. The CBSE aims to follow a similar schedule in 2025.

  • Nearly 50 lakh students have appeared for the CBSE board exams this year, and everyone is waiting for the official confirmation.
  • Once released, students are advised to download and review their scorecards for accuracy immediately.

CBSE has not confirmed any official result date yet. All the students of 10th and 12th classes are requested to avoid rumours and stay updated via the official website and sources only. With results likely around May 13, patience and vigilance are key as the board ensures accuracy before releasing the final scorecards.
