TOEFL Exam Centres 2025: In India, the TOEFL exam centers are available in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and many more. These exam centers are authorized by ETS and provide all the required computer-based testing requirements. Candidates can select their desired exam centre and test date during the slot booking process. However, it may be possible that the candidate’s preferred date or test centers will not be available to choose from. In such cases, it is advisable to choose at least 4 months in advance to get the test center they want. Step 1: Visit the ETS TOEFL website and tap on the option given as Find Test Centers and Dates.
Step 2: Next, click on the Register for Test option.

Step 3: Use the Find appointments search tool to search nearby exam centers.

Step 4: After selecting the city, switch to the Test Center button given under Test Type.

Step 5: Choose a TOEFL date. Then the list of all the available test centers will now appear on the right side of the screen, along with their distance in kilometers.

Here are the types of accommodations available for candidates with disabilities:
Technical accommodations: screen magnification, selectable background and foreground colors, specialized keyboards (IntelliKeys®, ergonomic keyboard with touchpad), Kensington® trackball mouse.
Specialized support: sign language interpreters (exclusively for spoken instructions), oral interpreters (for spoken instructions or the listening portion only), someone to write or record answers, and a test reader.

All the test takers must complete the Testing Accommodations Request Form and submit it along with the required documentation to ETS Disability Services. The requests can be submitted online via the ETS account system, by email, mail, or courier. In addition, candidates must submit accommodation requests in advance since the review process can take 4 to 6 weeks or longer if additional documentation is needed. However, accommodations cannot be applied retroactively to tests already scheduled.
Once accommodations are approved, test takers may schedule their test. For certain accommodations like screen magnification or selectable colors, test takers can self-schedule online. For other accommodations, ETS provides instructions on how to schedule the test after approval. Furthermore, if the candidate needs accommodations which is not listed, then they can describe them in Part II of the Testing Accommodations Request Form
