The Common Admission Test is conducted over three slots, morning slot, evening The CAT exam is conducted over three shifts, morning, afternoon and evening shift on a single day at over 375 authorised exam centres across 170 cities. Students can select from 5 test cities of their preference at the time of registration.
The IIMs allot the exam centres and there is no provision for changing them. The admit cards with the allotted exam centers for this year are expected to be released on November 20, 2025, and the registered candidates can download them from the official CAT website www.iimcat.ac.in.
The CAT 2025 Exam Centres are spread over 170 major cities all over the country. The official list of the exam centres are yet to be released by the IIMS, however candidates will find all the test centres in all the major cities and towns. The centres are located in educational institutes like engineering and medical colleges.
