The T.S. Mishra University has a dedicated Training and Placement Service department to help students to achieve their career goals. The placement department works on students’ career planning, skill development, internship and getting employment opportunities. The Placement Assistance Cell provides these types of activities through workshops, training sessions, seminars, etc., and also provides students with the ability to enhance their skills to prepare them for a profession by improving their technical skills, communication skills and overall professionalism.
The university considers that placement and internships are an integral part of students' development and help them in getting employment after or on the completion of their course. Through the desiccated placement assistance cell, students receive access to internships, live project exposure, industrial visit, networking and recruiting events. These events are designed to improve students' industry exposure and work readiness. In some of the departments, students get a salary package ranging from INR 2 lakh to INR 5 lakh per annum.

Students in the management and professional programs can do their internships in marketing, finance, digital marketing, human resources and hospital management as part of the school's internship program through partnerships with several well-known companies like Reliance Industries Ltd., HCL Tech, ICICI Bank and Baidyanath.
The TSM Super Specialty Hospital provides practical clinical training to students of medicine, nursing, pharmacy and other related disciplines. The TSM Super Specialty Hospital has 1200 beds, over 150 physicians, more than 300 nurses/paramedics, and 17 specialty departments, providing opportunities for students to receive a wide range of clinical experience.
The University hosts several Campus Placement Programs and Employer Engagement Activities each year. Some recent placements for the University include placement opportunities with Medigrain Pharmaceuticals. The students get placed with a package of INR 2.5 LPA. Therefore, the University continues to provide students with opportunities to build connections with potential employers. A few of the major recruiters are HP, Apollo, ICICI Bank, Max, GeeKen, Bajaj Capital, etc.
The Diploma in Ohysiotherapy (DPT) provides clinical training in the process of restoring a person's physical, mental, or social capabilities to optimal health and patient care, teaching clinical and communication skills. Graduates get employment opportunities in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, orthopaedics, sports clinics and healthcare organizations. The average pay package offered is between INR 2 lakh and INR 5 lakh per annum.
