T.S. Mishra University is accepting admission applications for its diploma, UG, PG, and Ph.D. courses in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, management, law, technology, and other disciplines. The university conducts the admission process mainly through its online portal, and admissions are made based on entrance exams, merit, and counselling as per the respective courses.

To get admission to medical courses, students appear the NEET-UG exam for MBBS, and for MD/MS one has to get a qualifying score in NEET-PG and attend counselling. For UG courses, applicants should have completed class 12 from a recognized board with the subject combination as per the requirement. For instance, MBBS, B.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm, BPT Optometry and other allied health programmes need Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the major subjects, whereas B.Tech programmes require Physics, Mathematics and a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories). BBA and BCA programmes normally require 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2.

For PG courses, candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree from a recognized university, with set academic percentage. MD or MS programmes need an MBBS degree, completion of an internship and a qualification in NEET-PG. M.Sc. Nursing candidates should have obtained a B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. Eligibility to MBA, MCA, M.Tech and LL.M programmes requires a relevant undergraduate qualification with the prescribed minimum marks.

For admission in Diploma courses, students should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board and for healthcare-related programmes, students with a science background are preferred. GNM needs a minimum of 40% marks in 10+2. 

For Ph.D. in Law full-time doctoral program, the possession of an LL.M. degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university is essential.
