The Internships and Placements Committee of TNNLU (IPC) at TNNLU coordinates the internship and placement process in a very structured and transparent manner.
The IPC at TNNLU reaches out to recruiters through invitation emails, and organisations can also directly contact the Institute.
The IPC facilitates pre-placement talks for recruiters if requested.
Salary packages and other relevant details are discussed during the pre-placement talks.
IPC conducts the Interview and Screening process with the recruiters.
After Screening, the IPC schedules the interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
Recruiters announce the final result of selected candidates through IPC
The IPC reverts back to the recruiter within 24 hours of placement, whether the candidate accepted or rejected the offer letter.
