Step 4: Pre-Placement Talk : Students will be given advance notice of the PPT schedule so they can prepare questions for the PPT session. This offers a great chance to connect with the professionals of the company.
Step 5: Shortlisting of the companies: The CMS team releases the Job Description profile for the next placement procedures following the PPT process. After comparing their areas of interest with the job requirements, students can apply to the company.
Step 6: Pre-Interview Round: Typically, the pre-interview phases include written ability tests and group discussions. Students will receive notification of the requirements from the company’s end, and these differ depending on the company.
Step 7: Last or final Round: During the 2025 final placement for the PGPM batch, the highest salary package offered to the students was INR 21.8 LPA, while the average salary package stood at INR 12.3 LPA.
