The eligibility criteria for each course at the SOIL Institute of Management are different depending on the level of the program. Students willing to pursue their desired course must fulfil the standard eligibility criteria. The minimum eligibility criteria for PGPM and PGPM HR include valid entrance scores in CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT/SNAP. Along with the scores, students must have secured 50% marks in a bachelor’s degree and 60 % in both Class 10 and 12. However, an additional eligibility criteria include students having experience minimum of 2 years for PGPM. For PGPM HR, both freshers and working-experienced students can apply.
Candidates who have not qualified for any entrance exam must appear for the institute entrance test. Although Group exercise with a personal interview is mandatory for both.

Final-year students can also apply by providing a certificate of assurance of 50% marks from their university. All the students must appear for the group exercise or a personal interview. Although non-qualified students also have to appear for the entrance exam at the institute.
SOIL Institute of Management also provides an executive program -PGPM FLEX with a duration of 15 months. The course is available in part-time mode with evening classes and Sunday off. An on-campus executive MBA program (PGPM Flex) serves working professionals with 2 to 10 years of experience who want to advance in their careers. The program gives these seasoned professionals the opportunity to pursue an excellent executive MBA while allowing them the flexibility to continue working and smoothly apply the classroom information to their professional lives.
