PGPM, PGPM-HR, and PGDM are the three primary full-time courses offered by the SOIL Institute of Management. A part-time Executive program in Management (PGPM FLEX) is also offered by the institute. For admission to the flagship program PGPM, candidates must have a valid score of the CAT, NMAT, GMAT, XAT, and SNAP exams, a bachelor's degree with at least 50% from a recognised university, and 60% in Class 10 and 12 from recognised boards. To be qualified for the program, students must also have two years of work experience.
For the 2026 academic year, students can apply to the PGPM HR program at the SOIL Institute of Management. The requirement for a PGPM HR course includes a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 50%, 60% in Class 10 and 12 from accredited boards, and valid CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT/SNAP scores. Both candidates with and without prior job experience are eligible to apply.
GMAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, and NMAT valid scores are among the usual eligibility requirements for PGDM. Students must also hold a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. Applications are open to freshers and candidates with not more than three years of work experience.
