Rungta University offers a variety of financial support options to its students, including scholarships from the University-level and from CSR and Government organizations. The Government and CSR scholarships help students from different socioeconomic backgrounds based on merit, category, domicile and income. University scholarships are designed to reward academic excellence through entrance exam performance, sports or other types of achievements, as well as for a special category of students. Rungta University Government Departments & CSR-Based Scholarships
Students studying at Rungta University can benefit from a variety of governmental and corporate social responsibility (CSR) scholarship programs to help lower the cost of their post-secondary education. These scholarships are available to qualified students who are enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, diploma, and other professional programs. Some of the government scholarships available include the CG Post Matric Scholarship for students from SC, ST and OBC backgrounds, the Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme for students from Jammu and Kashmir and the Central Sector, Merit-Based Financial Aid for economically disadvantaged students by the Central Government.
Rungta University also helps students access several different AICTE scholarship programs, such as the Pragati Scholarship for women, the Saksham Scholarship for students with disabilities, the Swanath Scholarship for orphans and children of military personnel, the Saraswati Scholarship for women pursuing careers in management and technology and the Yashasvi Scholarship for technical students. Additionally, students enrolled in PG programs can also apply for AICTE PG Scholarships who have obtained valid GATE or GPAT scores.
