NLU Delhi Placements 2025
As per the NIRF 2024 data NLU Delhi had good placement results in 2023. The median salary was INR 14 LPA for the UG (5-year) program and INR 12 LPA for the PG (1-year) program. Out of 83 UG students, 69 got placed and 10 went for higher studies. In the PG batch, 50 students got placed and 8 chose higher studies out of 75 students.
NLU Delhi Placement Process 2025
NLU Delhi Placements is managed by the Recruitment Coordination Committee (RCC). It maintains smooth communication between students and recruiters. The process is divided into a few clear steps from pre-placement talks to final offer announcements.
Step 1: Pre-Placement Talks: Companies visit the campus to give details about their organization, job roles, salary, and career growth. They can also share presentations or documents with the RCC for students.
Step 2: Coordination & Support: The RCC gives each company a Point of Contact (PoC). The PoC takes care of all arrangements, such as setting interview schedules, welcoming recruiters, and managing their other needs.
Step 3: Pre-Interview Screening: Companies can shortlist students through their screening process before the interview. If they don’t conduct any screening, the RCC sends all interested students’ resumes. The final list of candidates and a waitlist must be given to RCC at least 48 hours before interviews.
Step 4: Interviews & Results: Interviews are held in time slots on the scheduled day. Results are announced together by the RCC to keep things fair. Companies send their selected and waitlisted candidates’ names to RCC in a sealed envelope or by email. The RCC then informs students about their offers. All communication goes only through RCC — students and companies are not allowed to contact each other directly. The RCC’s decision is final.
