NITD offers BTech, MTech and Ph.D programs across various disciplines, like Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. In the BTech course, candidates can choose from a variety of specialisations like Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. The fee for the BTech course is INR 64,500 per semester.

For the MTech program, the institute offers various specialisations like Applied Sciences, Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical  Engineering, etc. Candidates can also apply for the MCA program at the PG level through the NIMCET exam. The semester fee for the MTech and MCA programs is INR 37,000.

In the Ph.D program, candidates can choose from specialisations like Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. Interested candidates need to fill out the online application form on the institute’s website. The process also involves an application fee of INR 1000 for the General categories and INR 500 for reserved categories (SC/ST) for admission into NIT Delhi Ph.D program.
