NIFT Srinagar Placements 2025
The National Institute of Fashion Technology Srinagar conducts placement drives for the students in the last year of the program they are pursuing from NIFT Srinagar. NIFT Srinagar placement is done in three phases, which are as follows:
On-Campus Placement (phase 1): NIFT Srinagar conducts the on-campus placement drives by inviting multinational companies like Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, H&M, GAP, and Adidas for hiring the best talent from the large number of students. Only final-year students can apply for the on-campus placement drive.
Pre-placement offers (PPos): Many students of the NIFT Srinagar get the pre-placement offers before the On-campus placement based on the internships, training sessions, or projects completed at the company. Candidates who receive PPOs also get the opportunity to participate in On-campus placement drives.
Off-Campus Placement (phase 2): After the completion of on-campus placement, NIFT Srinagar continues to provide placement opportunities to the students. Companies that couldn’t participate in the on-campus placement drives raise the requirements through the Industry & Alumni Affairs (I&AA) unit.
Moreover, NIFT Srinagar also provides internship opportunities to the enrolled candidates so that they can enhance their practical skills and get hands-on exposure to the field. Apart from this, NIFT Srinagar also conducts industrial visits and helps the students to interact with the alumni or industry leaders.

The placement of 2025 at NIFT Srinagar is impressive compared to the placement data of 2024. The highest salary package of NIFT Srinagar in 2024 was INR 6 LPA (tentative), whereas the highest salary package of 2025 was INR 7 LPA. Also, the average salary package of NIFT Srinagar has increased from INR 3 to 4 LPA in 2024 to INR 5.5 LPA in 2025.
