MDI Gurgaon has different fee structures for all postgraduate and executive programs that are quite clear and well-organised so that students can plan their finances easily. Indian students enrolling in the two-year PGDM, PGDM-HRM, and PGDM-Business Analytics programs are required to pay a total of INR 26,55,310, whereas foreign nationals are required to pay USD 38,668. The PGDM-International Business (PGDM-IB) program is priced at INR 32,54,000 for Indian students and USD 47,387 for foreign students. MDI Gurgaon additionally provides Executive Post Graduate Programs (EPGPs) such as PGDM-Business Management (PGDM-BM) offered at INR 18,50,000 (USD 27,240 for NRI), PGDM-Public Policy & Management (PGDM-PPM) at INR 16,70,000, and PGDM-Business Administration (PGDM-BA) at INR 11,50,000. For PGDM, PGDM-HRM, PGDM-Business Analytics, Indian Students need to pay the total fee of around INR 26,55,310. For Indian students, the total fee is INR 8,95,700 for the online program and INR 32,54,000 for the PGDM-IB program. MDI Gurgaon’s PGDM-International Business (PGDM-IB) program has separate and detailed fee structures for Indian and foreign students. Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Banking & Financial Services Fees Structure
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Banking & Financial Services (PGDM-BFS) is a newly launched two-year program for the 2026 batch at MDI Gurgaon. The programme is designed to equip students with skills in banking operations, financial markets, risk management and fintech innovations. The total fee structure is INR 22 lakhs, split into instalments: first-year fees around INR 9 lakhs, with the second year payable later. The total fees also include the boarding fees of INR 1,04,200 and lodging charges of INR 1,09,750 annually.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management Online
MDI Gurgaon's Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Online) program features a well-defined and quite affordable fee structure for Indian candidates. The overall fee for the program stands at INR 8,95,700. This amount covers tuition fees, learning materials, library access, alumni membership, IT infrastructure charges, campus immersion fees, and a refundable security deposit. The payment is allowed in three different instalments. The first instalment is payable at the time of acceptance of the admission offer, and the other two payments are due in February 2026 and February 2027, respectively.
In addition, the program provides some on-campus immersion activities aimed at networking and learning. Then, the travel expenses will be at the participant's cost, but MDI Gurgaon will take care of the accommodation and meals. Non-resident Indians (NRIs), persons of Indian origin (PIOs), and foreign participants can only remit the fee in Indian Rupees (INR). In case it is necessary, MDI Gurgaon may change the fees or program structure.

Participants are allowed to come to the MDI Gurgaon campus for networking and learning during the campus immersion. The cost of the round will be borne by the participants, and accommodation and meals will be provided by MDI Gurgaon.

MDI Gurgaon’s Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Business Administration (PGDM-BA) program comes with a straightforward and clear fee structure. The total program fee amounts to INR 11,50,000, which is inclusive of tuition fees, learning materials, library services, and student activity charges. The fee comprises a refundable security deposit of INR 27,500 and an alumni fee of INR 15,000, which are two separate components merged together in the total amount.
To facilitate fee payment, the fee will be paid in three instalments. The first instalment is part of the admission process, and the subsequent instalments are due in November 2026 and May 2027. This planned instalment scheme enables participants to manage their finances in a relaxed manner. MDI Gurgaon, however, reserves the right to change the fee or other charges at any time during an academic year. Students will be notified if any changes are made to the charges.

Fellow Programme in Management Fees Structure
MDI Gurgaon’s Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) has a student-friendly fee structure for both residential and non-residential scholars. For residential scholars, the tuition fee and lodging charges are fully waived, and only a few one-time charges, such as alumni fee and refundable security deposit, are payable; thus, the total cost is INR 42,500. Boarding charges will be billed on an actual basis.
For non-residential scholars, the total fee amounts to INR 2,47,250, which covers tuition fees, learning materials, library access, alumni fee, and refundable security deposit. Most of the charges are payable one time only at the time of admission. From the second year, non-residential scholars will have to pay tuition and library fees with a 10% increase annually until the thesis viva.

Post Graduate Programs Scholarships
Scholarships at MDI Gurgaon
Year two students are eligible for the O.P. Jindal scholarship worth INR 1,50,000.
At the conclusion of the second year, the top five students of the batch are awarded merit scholarships of INR 10,000 each.
MDI Gurgaon also offers a merit-cum-means scholarship to bright students from EWS who are enrolled in Two-Year PGDM, PGDM-HRM, PGDM-IB, and PGDM-Business Analytics programmes.
Each year, 12 students are given a 50% tuition fee waiver under this program.
International Scholarships
Students can receive special scholarships if they participate in an international exchange program at selected partner universities.
A few partner institutions that may provide such assistance include Sciences Po Lille, the University of Maribor, and NUCB Business School in Japan.
PGDM Online Scholarships
In the PGDM (Online) Program, scholarships are given to students who perform well academically.
The two best performers from each module are given a scholarship.
Each chosen participant is given INR 10,000 as a scholarship.
It is limited to the first eight modules of the program.
Executive Post Graduate Programmes Scholarships
The MDI Gurgaon Merit Scholarship is an initiative that looks to acknowledge and incentivise those students who demonstrate a pattern of academic excellence throughout their programs.
Financial aids are allotted to the two students who top the overall ranking in terms of their Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA).
The prize-giving ceremonies take place at the end of Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3.
