Madhav University was established in the year 2014, and since its inception, the university has been rising in terms of providing an extensive range of courses, experienced and trained 250-plus faculty members, and has received several recognitions and awards. The academics are at par excellence. The campus and its infrastructure are top-notch, with advanced facilities being offered. The other highlight of this university, apart from the mentioned highlights, is its placement drives. The placement drive of Madhav University is one of a kind. It has successfully created several job opportunities for its students through placement drives, with the assistance of its dedicated Training and Placement cell. The TPC is a dedicated team that is responsible for looking out for various career-related activities, be it preparing candidates for a professional set up by providing intensive training, collaborating with top companies, conducting mock interviews, etc. TPC works as a bridge between academia and reputable industries.
TPC at Madhav University smoothly facilitates placement drives every year. Some of the major responsibilities of TPC include skill development, industry interactions, career guidance, placement assistance, internships and projects, alumni networking, data management, etc.
Since the establishment of MU, it has seen various industries' invitations from companies such as GAIL, FedEx, Kotak Logistics, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Mahindra Tech, etc. Over 3,000 candidates are working overseas in reputed roles, and over 500 candidates have been working in government sectors.
The TPC, by enhancing the skills of candidates at a personal and professional level, ensures candidates secure lucrative packages. In the past two and three years, over 100 students have secured salary packages ranging from INR 10 LPA to INR 15 LPA. During the placement season 2024-25, the highest CTC recorded was INR 20 LPA.
Madhav University Placement Drive 2025 is an indication of the strength in this institution as it has developed itself as a centre of career-driven learning. Having more than 200 esteemed companies as a part of the recruitment process, the university has been successful in placing more than 2,500 students across different disciplines this year.
