Madhav University Placement Process 2025 

TPC at Madhav University smoothly facilitates placement drives every year. Some of the major responsibilities of TPC include skill development, industry interactions, career guidance, placement assistance, internships and projects, alumni networking, data management, etc. 

• Skill Enhancement: Various skill development programs such as workshops, training sessions, soft skills, technical skills, etc, are organised by the TPC. 
• Career Guidance: Candidates are taught how to build a resume, are prepared for interviews, and are guided by the TPC for the right career path. 
• Placement Assistance:  The cell ensures candidates get placed at reputed companies, invites top companies, conducts recruitment drives, and coordinates the entire process of placement process. 
• Placement Record: One of the responsibilities of TPC is to keep the records of placement drives that have been conducted till now. 

Since the establishment of MU, it has seen various industries' invitations from companies such as GAIL, FedEx, Kotak Logistics, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Mahindra Tech, etc. Over 3,000 candidates are working overseas in reputed roles, and over 500 candidates have been working in government sectors. 

The TPC, by enhancing the skills of candidates at a personal and professional level, ensures candidates secure lucrative packages. In the past two and three years, over 100 students have secured salary packages ranging from INR 10 LPA to INR 15 LPA. During the placement season 2024-25, the highest CTC recorded was INR 20 LPA.
