LTSU is currently accepting applications for the 2025 academic year. A variety of programs, including D.Pharma, BTech, BCom, BCA, MBA, MPharma, and others, are offered by the institute. In order to be admitted to their selected course for the 2025-26 academic year, students must be eligible.

The minimum eligibility criteria for BCom admission is Class 12 with at least 50% marks or any equivalent degree from a recognised university, while for MCom admission candidates must have bachelors degree in Commerce/Management/Business Administration with at least 50% marks or A student with Bachelor's degree Honors will get the weightage of 10% marks in Graduation.

Students interested in admission to LTSU must be eligible for the course, which differs according to the level and duration of the program. The minimum eligibility criteria for the BBA program are the result of Class 12 or any equivalent exam with at least 50%  marks. Additionally, students can pass the matriculation exam or 3 3-year diploma Trade from the Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh, or an Examination from any other recognised State Board of Technical Education, or the Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal. 

However, the eligibility criteria for the BTech CSE program are different; candidates must have Class 12 in PCM with 60% marks from a recognised board and about 60 to 70% valid score in JEE/CUET/IBM Entrance exam. For admission to the MBA program, aspirants need to have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognised university.

For the academic year 2025, LTSU's undergraduate program admissions site is currently open. The results of the most recent qualifying tests are used to determine admission. To get admission into the UG program, candidates are required to pass Class 12 with a minimum qualifying mark from a recognised board. At the time of admission, students must pay the course fee and submit all necessary documentation. In addition to paying the tuition fee, applicants must be qualified for the program they want to enrol in.

Admission to the BBA program is currently open for the academic year 2025. Students must be eligible for the program. The minimum eligibility criteria for students to be admitted are a qualification of Class 12 or equivalent examination in any stream with at least 50% marks. Also, another eligibility criterion includes Matriculation examination or a 3-year Diploma Trade from the Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh, or an Examination from any other recognised State Board of Technical Education, or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal.

Postgraduate courses, including the MBA and MPharma programs, are offered by Lamrin Tech Skills University. To apply for admission, students can go to the official website. Students must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree to be admitted to MPharma.

Students willing to take admission in the Diploma in Hotel Management can choose LTSU, as the admission is open for the same course.
