Jagdish Sheth School of Management Admission is based on entrance exam scores and a selection process. Interested & eligible candidates can apply through the entrance exams, including XAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, JAGMAT, or GMAT. CAT registration for the academic year 2025 will tentatively start in August 2026, and the last date to apply will be September 2026 (Tentative). Applicants applying with the XAT application process, which ends on 5 December 2026. ATMA registration will take place in July 2026, and the last date for MAT registration is in September 2025. After submitting entrance scores, shortlisted candidates must attend the Admission Selection Process (ASP), which includes a Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Personal Interview. The final selection of students is based on the test score, academic performance, and performance in the ASP.

JAGSoM Eligibility Criteria 2026

To be eligible, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised university with at least 50% marks.
Students currently in their final year of graduation can also apply, as long as they finish their degree before the program begins.
A valid score in entrance exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, PGCET, or JAGMAT is required for admission in various PGDM programs.
Those applying for the PGDM General program must have scored a minimum of the 60th percentile in CAT, XAT, or GMAT only.
For applicants to other PGDM specialisations or the International Business program, scores from exams such as MAT, CMAT, NMAT, ATMA, PGCET, or GMAT are also accepted.
Candidates are shortlisted for the next stage, called the Admission Selection Process (ASP), on the basis of entrance exam performance, which includes Psychometric Test and Profiling (PTP), followed by a Personal Interview (PI).
