International Management Institute Admission Overview
IMI New Delhi admission process for 2026 is now open for all PGDM and FPM programs. Interested candidates can apply online because admissions have started for these programs. The IMI Delhi form can be filled out on the institute’s official website, and the last date to apply is 23 January 2026.
For the PGDM programs, candidates must have a valid score in CAT, XAT or GMAT, along with a strong academic background. After the entrance score, students are shortlisted for the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). For PGDM (Online) programs designed for experienced professionals, work experience and academic consistency may also be considered during selection.
Admission to the Fellow Program in Management (FPM) also requires a valid score in exams such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE, NET, GATE or NMAT. Candidates who have not taken any of these exams can appear for the IMI Research Aptitude Test. Students are advised to submit the IMI Delhi form before the deadline to secure their seats.

International Management Institute Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates who want to apply for management programs must need to fulfil the criteria. Here’s an overview of the basic requirements.
For 2026, IMI Delhi requires candidates applying for full-time PGDM (General, HRM, or Banking & Financial Services) to have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks. Final-year students can also apply. A valid CAT, XAT, or GMAT score is needed.
For FPM, candidates must hold a master’s degree with at least 60% marks, or a bachelor's in engineering, or a professional qualification like CA/ICWA/CS/CFA. Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided their degree is from a UGC/AICTE/AIU-recognised institution. Part-time applicants must have at least five years of relevant full-time work experience.

International Management Institute PGDM/MBA Admission 2026
To apply for the PGDM (Online) program at IMI New Delhi candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree of at least three years’ duration with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline. The degree should be from a university which is recognised by AICTE/AIU/MHRD and must be obtained before the orientation date of the program. Applicants have to apply online by completing the application form and attaching the required documents. Shortlisting candidates undergo a Personal Interview (PI), and this is conducted by an IMI panel. After being selected, the applicants are sent a confirmation email, and they are required to pay the booking fee to ensure they are guaranteed admission.
International Management Institute FPM Admission (Full-Time, Part-Time) 2026
To apply for the Fellow Program in Management (FPM) at IMI New Delhi, candidates need to fill out the application form and submit a 1000–1500-word abstract on their proposed research topic. They must also provide valid scores from exams like CAT, GMAT, GRE, XAT, NET, GATE or NMAT, taken on or after 1 January 2021. If the students haven’t taken any of these tests, they can appear for the IMI Research Aptitude Test. Applicants can be Indian, NRI, or foreign nationals.
To be eligible, candidates should have a master’s degree with an aggregate of 60% marks or a bachelor's in engineering or a professional qualification like CA/ICWA/ CS/CFA with 60%. Final-year students can also apply. The degree must be from a university recognised by UGC, AICTE, or AIU. Part-time applicants must have a minimum of five years of relevant full-time work experience. Candidates are shortlisted based on their academic background, test scores, research abstract and work experience. Those shortlisted are called for a final interview, and the final selection is based on overall performance in all areas.
International Management Institute Application Form 2026
To apply for International Management Institute New Delhi management programs in 2026, including PGDM, PGDM-HRM, PGDM-BFS, PGDM (Online) and PGDM for Experienced Professionals, applicants must first complete the IMI Delhi login process to access the online portal. They need to fill out the IMI Delhi form with personal and academic details, upload the required documents and pay the IMI Delhi form fees, which are around INR 2,250 depending on the course. Final admission is granted after the selection process, document verification and payment of the admission fee.
