Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore has a variety of management programs to be offered to the academic year 2025-26 that aim at an intellectual, in-depth educational experience and be able to put into practice the learning in the key functional areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, E-Commerce, Hospital Administration, and Disaster Management concerning developing skills on being strategic, analytical and a leader. Its two-year full-time flagship MBA programs are run in specialisations such as Financial Administration, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Hospital Administration, Disaster Management and E-Commerce. These programs have a strong academic design involving a combination of theory and practice-based learning via case-based learning, industry-based projects, and skill-based modules.
In addition to the above, IMS also provides five-year integrated programs in E-Commerce and Hospital Administration, which are highly tailored towards students who have either already completed their 10+2 and wish to pursue a smooth transition through their undergraduate to postgraduate program. Importantly, IMS was an institution that pioneered in providing such integrated courses in Madhya Pradesh along with good placement opportunities. The institute also runs an Executive MBA program on weekends, or in modules, and is open to working professionals and is of a one-year duration. Candidates are required to bring a minimum of 5 years of work experience (or 2 years post-master's) to this program. Candidates are typically accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Nevertheless, in case of exceeding the authorised admissions, a written examination and a merit list are used to select recruits.
IMS Indore also offers doctorates in PhD and M.Phil in Management and allied fields (identified as those required in research and academic areas) to individuals who have a career in research and academia.
