IIIT Surat Fees Structure
Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Surat follows a structured and transparent fee system for its academic programs in 2025. For UG programs like B.Tech, the total tuition fee is INR 6,90,000. Additionally, students are required to pay a one-time admission fee, which is INR 5,000 during their first semester. On the other hand, the total tuition fee for the M.Tech program is INR 2,24,000, and the one-time admission fee is INR 3,000 in 1st semester.
