IIIT Surat College Admission Process
IIIT offers Undergraduate programs in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The institute also provides PG program (M.Tech) and PhD program. IIIT Surat Admission 2025

IIIT Surat Eligibility Criteria
IIIT Surat eligibility criteria is given for admission into B. Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D. programs. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form:
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology)
- Must have completed their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
- At least 75% aggregate marks in Class 12 (Relaxation to 65% for SC/ST/PwD).
- Must qualify JEE Mains exam.
- Admission through JoSAA/CSAB Counselling based on JEE rank and choices.
M.Tech (Master of Technology)
- Should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology.
- Minimum 60% marks (55% marks for reserved category).
- Must have a valid GATE score.
PhD (Doctor of Philosophy)
- Must have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 60% marks, or 55% for SC/ST.
- Must clear GATE/NET/JRF or equivalent national-level exam.
- Final selection includes a written test + personal interview.
