Admission to the Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat for 2025 is primarily conducted through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) based on candidates’ performance in the JEE Main examination. Aspiring students must have completed their 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and must qualify JEE Main to be eligible for the B.Tech programs.

Notably, 25% of the placed students received offers above INR 15 LPA, reflecting the institute’s growing reputation among top recruiters.

The Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch continued to lead in placement outcomes, with companies like UKG, Microsoft, Amazon, Uber, and Oracle participating in the recruitment drive.
