The fee structure for the courses available at the GIM varies according to the course level and its specialisation. To be admitted to the program, students must pay the required fee on time. The total academic fee for all the PGDM courses offered by GIM is INR 20,40,000, while for the Hybrid PGDM, the total fee is INR 5,10,000.
Once the student has left the Institute and it has been confirmed that there are no outstanding dues against their name, the Caution Deposit of INR 25,000 will be returned to them. Upon graduation, the refundable caution deposit will be reduced by INR 5000, which will then be credited to the GIM Alumni Association as a membership fee. If a student discontinues the program, the deposited academic fee will not be returned.
The total fee for the PGDM course, including specialisations in Healthcare Management, Big Data Analytics, and Banking Insurance & Financial Services, has to be paid in instalments. The first instalment is paid in two parts, first with INR 50,000, followed by INR 4,60,000. The second and third instalments, however paid in a single time that includes INR 5,10,000 and INR 10,20,000 respectively. This all sums up to a total academic fee of the program INR 20,40,000.
The total fee for the Hybrid PGDM program is INR 5,60,000, which is paid in four instalments, including a registration fee. However, students who apply first will get the benefit of a discount on the fee.

The fee for the IDA course is paid in 2 instalments. For the first year fee of INR 14,97,000 is paid at the GIM, while for the second year fee of 10,000 Euros is paid at the Nova SBE.
