Eklavya University, Damoh, is a leading university located in Madhya Pradesh. The university offers a range of courses incorporating several major disciplines. Not only this, the university also boasts a successful placement drive, which is conducted every year under the guidance of the Training and Placement Cell.

The placement drive for the year 2025 has already been conducted. The university saw company visits from some of the leading firms, such as Reliance Communications, HEG, Trident Group, Aerolite, ITC Limited, LIDO, Evosys, EVEREADY, IBM, Mediamint, etc.

During the placement drive 2024, over 89 students registered for the roles of Software Developer, Graphic Designer, and Non-Technical CCE. Out of which 46 candidates got shortlisted for the interview.

The education of Eklavya incorporates technical training on the initial day the students are on the campus. Depending on the academic discipline, students are taught in that regard to fields that are related to their technical knowledge. As an example, the engineering students are exposed to entry programming languages like C, C plus plus, Java and Python with the view that, by the time they are done, they are equipped to face the demands of the industries.

Aptitude skills are taken seriously among those students undertaking professional courses. At Eklavya University Damoh, strong and continuous aptitude building happens from the first year onwards. This training inculcates them with the skills they need to get the best job opportunities and to excel in competitive exams.

Communication skills are a main determinant of attaining high-paying jobs. Eklavya University Placement Registration Process 2025

The placement starts with PPTs and other key steps, such as industry visits and registration by the students for prospective job roles. The detailed registration process and basic rules are given below.

All students wishing to participate in campus placements should be registered in the training and placement office. No student can attend the campus recruitment drives before the completion of his/her registration process. The application form can be accessed and downloaded from the official university site. Once the online registration form is filled in, a hard copy of the registration form and photocopies of their academic documents, such as mark sheets of 10th, 11th, and 12th grade, and all semesters of the BTech course, should be submitted to the Training and Placement office.

Any student with academic backlogs is not supposed to enrol to have a placement and rather should work towards enhancing their grades before enrolling. In case a student confirms his/her participation in an office-based drive but does not attend it, he will not be allowed to participate in other drives held on campus until the end of the year. If a student is caught indulging in misconduct during the process of recruitment, such a student will be dropped from the placement cell.
