Eklavya University provides Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, PG Diploma and PhD courses with varied eligibility requirements that relate to the varied academic demands of each course. The admission is based on merit, national-level entrance examinations and university-level entrance examinations.
UG Courses: For UG courses, it is mandatory to have 10+2 education from a recognised board. Along with it, some courses may require entrance examination scores conducted on a national level. The eligibility criteria will vary course by course. The eligibility criteria for some of the core UG courses are given below:
BSc: Completion of 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology/Agriculture with a minimum of 50% is a must to be eligible for this course.
BTech: Candidates from a PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) background in their Class 12th with at least 45% are eligible for the BTech admission.
BDes: A minimum of 35% in any relevant subject in Class 12th is mandatory for students who are going to pursue BDes for higher education.
PG Courses: It is compulsory to have a Bachelor’s degree to be eligible for a PG course. Additionally, candidates are required to satisfy the set eligibility criteria, which will differ depending on the course.
MSc: Candidates are mandated to have at least 40% in their Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university/ institute.
MTech: Applicants must have either a BE/ BTech or a relevant Engineering Bachelor’s degree with at least 50%.
Diploma Course: For Diploma course candidates have to make sure that they hold at least their Class 10th education.
Post Basic BSc: Must have passed GNM, Registered Nurse, and Registered Midwife examinations, registered under the State/ MP Nurses Registration Council
GNM/ ANM: To pursue ANM or GNM, candidates are required to have passed Class 12th in a relevant subject from a recognised board.
PhD Courses: A postgraduate qualification in the relevant field or a closely associated area with a minimum score of 55% is required, and a valid score of Eklavya University Entrance Test or must have qualified JRF/ NET/ SAT or MPhil.
NOTE: Applications having a reserved status will get 5% eligibility percentage relaxation.
