Eklavya University Damoh Admission 2025

Eklavya University Damoh is renowned in terms of academic excellence and provides a broad range of courses such as BSc, BTech, BDes, Nursing, BPharma, MBA, MTech, MA, PGDM, and PhD. Entry is mainly through merit, but there are also national-level entrance tests such as CUET-UG/PG, JEE, CAT, MAT, JRF, NET, etc. The university has also started accepting admissions through Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Examinations. Depending on the course, candidates may be required to qualify for an interview round.

As of the 2025-2026 academic year, applications are now accepted, and the final application date is provisionally September 2025 (Tentative). The applications may be made online or offline through the official site of the university. Applicants, when filling out the application form, will be charged INR 500 as the application fee. Inaccurate and misleading information will lead to the rejection of admission. Hence, applicants are strictly advised to follow the instructions while filling up the application form.

Eligibility Criteria for all the courses offered at Eklavya University depend on the program, level of course, and specialisation of course. The basic criteria for admission are merit and entrance examinations

UG Courses

BCom: Candidates who have qualified Class 12th with at least 50% in any subject from a recognised board. Students belonging to the reserved category will be admitted on 45% marks.  

BBA: Candidates having passed Class 12th will be accepted to this course. 

BCA: Candidates who have passed 10+2 with at least 50% from a recognised board is eligible. 

PG Courses 

MBA: A Minimum of 50% in a bachelor’s degree is required to be eligible for MBA admission.

MCA: Either a BCA or a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline with at least 50% from a recognised university. It is mandatory to have passed Class 12th with Maths as one of the major subjects. 

Diploma Courses

DCA:  A candidate who has completed his/her Class 12th is eligible to apply for the Diploma in Computer Applications. 

PG Diploma Courses

PGDCA: Students who have qualified for Class 12th can apply for this course. 

PhD Courses: A master’s degree with at least 55% and a valid score in any of the national-level entrance examinations, such as JRF/ NET/ SAT, or a university-level entrance examination.

Eklavya University Damoh UG Admission 2025

Eklavya University Damoh provides extensive undergraduate courses in major subjects like Engineering, Design, Arts, Commerce, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Humanities. Common UG programs are BTech, BDes, BPharma, BSc Nursing, BBA, BCA, BA, BCom, and BFA. Admission to these programs is primarily based on merit; however, candidates can also apply through national-level admission exams such as CUET-UG, Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Examinations. Along with this, applicants also need to have undertaken 10+2 in a recognised board in a relevant stream to be eligible.

The total fee for the UG programs ranges between INR 3,600 and INR 80,000 per annum, depending on the course chosen by the students. 

Eligibility criteria

• For B.Des admission, students must have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board with at least 35% marks. 

Eklavya University Damoh is offering a 4-year full-time B.Tech course that provides technical knowledge to students and provides them with industry competencies. Major specialisations are Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication, and  Mechanical Engineering. The 2025 entry is performance-based based with JEE Main followed by a 2025 state-level counselling. Candidates should have at least 45% (40% if reserved category) in 12th standard education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised board. The university focuses on applied learning in the form of contemporary laboratories and industrial partnerships. The approximate fee for the BTech course is INR 55,000  throughout the course period, including tuition, admission, and other institutional fees.

Eklavya University Damoh has a wide variety of postgraduate courses to offer in fields such as Management, Science, Technology, Arts, Education, Healthcare, etc. PG courses that are popular are MBA, MTech, MSc, MA, MCom, MSW, MPharma, and MEd. Eligibility requires that the applicant have had a relevant undergraduate degree with a minimum of 40% marks (35% in the case of reserved categories) from a recognised university. Mostly admission depends on merit, but there are certain programs where entrance exams or interviews can be required. Applications can either be done online in the official portal of the university or offline by visiting the campus. Annual fee structure will differ according to the program; INR 8,100 to INR 89,000 can be charged depending on the chosen course.

Eklavya University Damoh MBA Admission 2025

Eklavya University offers MBA as its PG course for the duration of two years. MBA covers some major disciplines such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Agri-Business Management. 

To pursue this course, candidates will have at least 50% in the UG degree from a recognised university. The total MBA fees for one year, which also includes miscellaneous charges along with the tuition fees, is INR 55,000. 

Admission for the MBA course is in process. Applicants, if eligible, are advised to apply before the admission date, which is September 2025 (Tentative).

The online application form is available on the university’s official website. The online application form will include registering, filling out the application form, providing key details of personal information and academic information, uploading necessary documents, paying the application fees and finally submitting the application.
