Eligibility Criteria for all the courses offered at Eklavya University depend on the program, level of course, and specialisation of course. The basic criteria for admission are merit and entrance examinations
BCom: Candidates who have qualified Class 12th with at least 50% in any subject from a recognised board. Students belonging to the reserved category will be admitted on 45% marks.
BBA: Candidates having passed Class 12th will be accepted to this course.
BCA: Candidates who have passed 10+2 with at least 50% from a recognised board is eligible.
PG Courses
MBA: A Minimum of 50% in a bachelor’s degree is required to be eligible for MBA admission.
MCA: Either a BCA or a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline with at least 50% from a recognised university. It is mandatory to have passed Class 12th with Maths as one of the major subjects.
Diploma Courses
DCA: A candidate who has completed his/her Class 12th is eligible to apply for the Diploma in Computer Applications.
PG Diploma Courses
PGDCA: Students who have qualified for Class 12th can apply for this course.
PhD Courses: A master’s degree with at least 55% and a valid score in any of the national-level entrance examinations, such as JRF/ NET/ SAT, or a university-level entrance examination.

Eklavya University Damoh is offering a 4-year full-time B.Tech course that provides technical knowledge to students and provides them with industry competencies. Major specialisations are Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication, and Mechanical Engineering. The 2025 entry is performance-based based with JEE Main followed by a 2025 state-level counselling. Candidates should have at least 45% (40% if reserved category) in 12th standard education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised board. Eligibility requires that the applicant have had a relevant undergraduate degree with a minimum of 40% marks (35% in the case of reserved categories) from a recognised university. Mostly admission depends on merit, but there are certain programs where entrance exams or interviews can be required. Applications can either be done online in the official portal of the university or offline by visiting the campus. Annual fee structure will differ according to the program; INR 8,100 to INR 89,000 can be charged depending on the chosen course.
