Anurag University Hyderabad offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs in Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Agriculture, Medical Sciences and Nursing.

For admission in UG Courses like B.Tech, B.Pharm, Pharm.D, BBA, BSc Agriculture require 10+2 (Intermediate) with relevant subjects. Admission is through Anurag CET, TSEAPCET, JEE, or equivalent exams.

Candidates who are seeking admission at the PG level for Programs like M.Tech, M.Pharm, MBA, and MCA require a Bachelor’s degree with minimum marks. The Admission will be done through entrance exams or merit based.

However, for doctoral programs, the candidates must have a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks. Selection is based on the university entrance test, followed by a personal interview. 

The University conducts its own entrance exam and considers the scores of that exam for admission to major programs. The entrance test is conducted in an online format. It consists of 60 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes with no negative marking.

Candidates who are interested in taking admission at Anurag University, need to register themselves. The process involves applying online on the official website, uploading documents, paying the fee, and completing counselling and document verification.

The university follows Telangana reservation rules and allows Foreign/NRI students to apply as well.

The university uses entrance exam scores and merit ranks for the selection of students. Entrance exams such as Anurag CET, TSPGECET, TS ICET, or GATE would be considered for the admission.

For PhD programmes, candidates should have a Master's degree with at least 55% marks and pass the university entrance test, interview, or national level examinations like NET, GATE, or GPAT.

Anurag University Placements

Anurag University Hyderabad has a robust placement system that ensures students get successful placement opportunities on the campus. Besides technical knowledge, the university focuses equally on the students' practical skills so that students are well prepared as per the industry's current demands. The university has a dedicated Training and Placement Division (TPD), where students receive continuous guidance, career counselling and professional training.

Anurag University Scholarships

Anurag University provides a variety of scholarships to help students pursue their education without financial stress. These scholarships reward merit, support students in need, and follow government guidelines for social categories.

Merit-Based Scholarships are offered to students with high ranks in Anurag CET, EAPCET, and JEE exams. The top 10 ranks in Anurag CET get a full tuition fee waiver, ranks 11–25 get 50%, and ranks 26–100 get 25%. For EAPCET and JEE, students may receive 100%, 50%, 25%, or 10% tuition fee waivers depending on their ranks. Students from Government Junior Colleges with good EAPCET ranks may also get 50% fee concessions. Additionally, students with top ranks may receive a free branded laptop. To continue receiving merit scholarships, students must maintain a CGPA of 8.0 or higher and clear all subjects each year.

Other Scholarships include cash prizes for top students in classes, branches, and overall, along with the Sri Palla Raghava Reddy Memorial Gold Medal. Students with disabilities are exempted from examination fees.

Government Scholarships provide full or partial tuition reimbursement for SC, ST, BC, EBC, and Minority students if their family income meets the specified limits and they maintain at least 75% attendance.

All scholarships mainly cover tuition fees and are subject to academic performance, attendance, and university rules. The university can modify or withdraw scholarships as needed or if a student fails to maintain the scholarship requirement.
