Step 1: The cycle begins with the university reaching out to various national and multinational corporations. The placement cell sends formal invitations and brochures to potential recruiters, highlighting the talent pool available across different streams.
Step 2: Once companies confirm their visit, the process moves to the students. In which they need to sign up for the campus placement process through the Amizone portal or the Amity Placement Portal. After that the system automatically filters students based on their academic marks, ensuring they meet the specific criteria set by the recruiting company.
Step 3: The third step in the process is the Pre-Placement talk which is the first point of direct interaction between the employer and the students. Recruiters discuss the Job Description, company culture, salary packages, and growth prospects. Students can ask questions regarding the selection process or the nature of the role. Following the talk there is a shortlisting of candidates who wish to proceed with that specific company.
Step 4: The next step is Campus Drive, which is the core evaluation phase, which can be conducted virtually or on-site. It typically includes Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions and Personal Interview.
Step 5: After the interviews the company prepares a list of selected candidates. Selected students receive formal offer letters. At Amity once a student accepts an offer they are generally bound by the "One Student, One Job" policy.
Step 6: The final step involves the formal closing of the drive for that particular company. The company provides feedback to the university regarding the quality of candidates which helps the placement cell improve future training. The student officially signs off from the campus process for that specific cycle once the placement is confirmed and documented.
