JEE Advanced Answer Key 2025 Update: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur Will Release the Provisional Answer Key on 26 May

IIT Kanpur is set to release the provincial answer key for JEE Advanced 2025 on 26 May 2025 on the official website jeeadv.ac.in. It will also release the response sheet of the candidates on 22nd May 2025 on the official site. 

More than 1 lakh candidates have registered for the exam, which was held in two shifts on 18th May 2025. Paper 1 was held in the morning shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Paper 2 was held in the evening shift from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Earlier, the JEE Advanced question papers 1 and 2 were also made available in Hindi and English. Last year, the cut-off marks of JEE Advanced saw a significant increase across all categories compared to previous years. This trend reflects an increase in competition.

Steps To Check The Answer Key

Step 1: Visit the official JEE Advanced 2025 site http://jeeadv.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the Answer Key 2025 tab on the official page.

Step 3: Log in with the necessary details like roll number, date of birth and password.

Step 4: The Answer key of the exam will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Review the answer key. 

What's Next After The Declaration Of Result?

The answer key is released earlier so that candidates can calculate their marks and have an idea about their performance in the exam. The provincial answer key will be declared on 26th May 202, and after that, IIT Kanpur will take comments and feedback for the answer key from 26th May 2025 to 27th May 2025. After the release of the answer key, students can raise objections against any answer if they feel it is incorrect. After reviewing all the objections raised by the students, IIT Kanpur will release the final result of JEE Advanced 2025 on 2nd June 2025.
