The WBJEE 2025 admit card release date was 17 April 2025. Candidates who had applied for the exam could download it from the official website. Also, the admit card was available for download till 27 April 2025, which is the exam day.

How to Download the WBJEE Exam Admit Card 2025?

The following is a step-by-step guide to downloading the WBJEE exam admit card 2025:

Step 1: Candidates first go to the official WBJEEB website at wbjeeb.nic.in.

Step 2: Tap on the Download WBJEE 2025 Admit Card option given on the homepage.

Step 3: Then, applicants must enter their application number and date of birth (or password/security pin) in the designated fields to log in.

Step 4: Once logged in, candidates should carefully review all the details displayed on their admit card for accuracy. Also, applicants are advised to download and print multiple copies of the admit card.  

Documents to Carry with the WBJEE Admit Card

• Printed copy of the WBJEE 2025 Admit Card (downloaded from the official website; soft copies are not accepted).

• One valid photo identity proof (any one of the following):

  • Aadhaar Card

  • PAN Card

  • Voter ID Card

  • Passport

  • Driving Licence

  • School/College ID

  • Any other Government-issued photo ID

Note: Carrying both the printed admit card and a valid photo ID is compulsory for entry into the exam center. Candidates without these documents will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Here are the important guidelines for candidates to take care of on the exam day:

• Candidates have to take a printed copy of their WBJEE 2025 admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam center.

• Applicants should reach the exam center well before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.

• Use only the blue or black ballpoint pen provided by WBJEEB for marking answers on the OMR sheet. Pencils or other colored pens are not allowed.

• Fill in the correct circle on the OMR sheet; avoid partial shading, ticks, crosses, or multiple markings as they may cause errors or cancellation of the answer.

• Electronic devices, calculators, notes, or any unauthorized materials are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

• Follow all instructions given by the invigilators and maintain proper decorum during the exam.

• Keep the admit card and confirmation page safe even after the exam for future use.

• Any form of cheating, impersonation, or rule violation will lead to disqualification and possible legal consequences.

How to Correct Discrepancies on WBJEE Admit Card?

If candidates find any discrepancies on their WBJEE 2025 admit card, they should immediately contact the official WBJEE authorities through the helpline numbers provided by the board. Since the admit card details are generated from the application form, candidates must carefully review and correct any errors during the application form correction window, which was open from 25 February to 27 February 2025. Corrections can be made online by logging into the official WBJEE website using the application number and password. However, it is important to note that certain details like name, date of birth, and parents’ names cannot be changed after submission. Prompt action during the correction window is crucial, as no changes are allowed after the deadline, and any unresolved discrepancies on the admit card may cause issues on exam day.

The WBJEE 2025 exam was conducted across 59 zones, mainly in West Bengal, with some additional centers in Assam and Tripura. Candidates could choose up to three preferred zones while applying for the WBJEE entrance exam. The list of key exam centers is given below:

• Assam: Silchar (Code 58)

• Tripura: Agartala (Code 59)

Note for Candidates from Other States:

Candidates not from West Bengal, Assam, or Tripura must select any three zones from specific options such as Howrah (Salkia/Bally/Uttarpara), Kolkata (Salt Lake/New Town, South Kolkata, West Kolkata), Paschim Burdwan (Asansol, Durgapur), and Paschim Medinipur (Kharagpur).

WBJEE 2025 Exam Timings

The WBJEE 2025 exam happened on 27 April 2025 and is conducted in two shifts on the same day. Also, candidates are advised to reach the exam center at least 30 minutes before the reporting time and be seated 15 minutes before the start of the exam.
