The NMIMS released the NMIMS MST results in the form of a merit list based on the candidate’s performance in the MST exam. The NMIMS MST merit list was declared on 22 April 2025 for Phase 1 and in the first week of June 2025 for Phase 2. Candidates whose names were on the merit list received an e-call letter, which contained details about the counselling process, including the date, time, and location.

• For cancellation/withdrawal of admission: Withdrawal /cancellation implies voluntary withdrawal /cancellation by the candidate for any reason. The candidate should approach https://upload.nmims.edu/admission/cancellation/

• Canvassing in any form for admission will disqualify the candidature.

• If, at any point, it is discovered that a candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria or the information provided by him/her in the application form is incorrect, his/her admission to the course, even if selected, will remain cancelled and fees will be refunded according to the refund rule conditions.

• It is the exclusive responsibility of the candidates to determine whether they have the necessary and required qualifications for admission to the courses in NMIMS.

• A minimum of 10 candidates are required to initiate a program.

• All disputes of matter would be subject to the legal court of Mumbai only.

• The candidate should have given all his subjects/exams before the start of the respective programs of NMIMS (Deemed to be University). None of the subjects should have their examination after the start of the respective course.

• Candidates whose final mark sheet of the passed examination is not present with them at the time of their provisional admission need to provide their final mark sheet copy as soon as the result is declared.

• Admission into the program is deemed as "Provisional Admission" until all necessary and mandatory documents are provided by the candidate and the same is checked and approved.

• Enter your login credentials, which include your registration ID and date of birth. If there's a captcha, complete it to access the dashboard.

• Once logged in, navigate to the results section to view your NMIMS MST 2025 results.

After the NMIMS MST results, a merit list will be prepared based on MST scores, followed by the admission process, which involves submitting an admission form, uploading documents, and paying fees.

• Counselling: Programs like B.Tech/MBA Tech, admissions are based on NMIMS NON MST scores will involve an online counselling process. 

• Re-evaluation: Candidates can apply for re-evaluation of their answer sheets within the specified period and fee. 

• Retakes: Candidates can attempt a maximum of two retakes in any selected category, with the highest marks considered for the merit process.

• Withdrawal and Refund: If a student withdraws from the program, the institution will follow a five-tier system for the refund of fees.
