The NIMCET Application Form 2025 was released online on 17 April 2025, and candidates were required to submit their forms before 16 May 2025. The application process was conducted exclusively through the official website, where candidates first had to register by providing basic details like email ID, mobile number, and setting a password. After registration, candidates filled out the application form by entering personal information, academic qualifications, and contact details. They were also required to select their top three preferred exam centers.

Applicants needed to upload scanned copies of some documents, including a recent colored passport-size photograph (50 KB to 1 MB), signature (in Royal Blue or Black, 50 KB to 1 MB), valid identity proof (like Aadhaar Card), self-attested mark sheets, certificates, and category certificates if applicable. The application fee had to be paid online using net banking, credit, or debit cards, with fees set at INR 2,500 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates and INR 1,250 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.

An editing window was available from 19 May to 21 May 2025, during which candidates could correct any mistakes in their submitted application by sending a written request with valid documents. Candidates were advised to carefully check the official eligibility criteria before applying, which included conditions on minimum marks in qualifying degrees and nationality. The entire application process was online, and valid, complete submissions were mandatory for appearing in the NIMCET 2025 exam held on 8 June 2025.

NIMCET 2025 Application Process 

NIMCET application form 2025 was available on the NIMCET official website,nimcet.admissions.nic.in. Candidates can follow the given steps for filling out the NIMCET application form 2025.

Step 1: Registration: Firstly, candidates should have to register for NIMCET 2025 and submit with their name, email ID, and mobile number. A Password will also have to be generated for future login. After the registration is done, the candidate will get their application number.

Step 2: Application form filling: Candidates who have registered will start filling the NIMCET 2025 application form with their required personal, academic and contact details. Candidates will have to select their preferred exam centres in order of preference. 

Step 3: Document Uploading: Candidates have to upload their scanned, clear photograph and signature as per the official specifications. 

Step 4: Fee Payment: After the documents are uploaded, candidates have to pay the application fee through the online mode(Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card). 

Step 5: Form Submission: Lastly, candidates have to check the details very clearly in the application form and then submit it.

NIMCET Exam Application Fee Details

Students must note that the application process is incomplete without the payment of application fees; therefore, candidates can pay the application fee through the online mode, such as Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card as well. The application fee for the General, other and EWS candidates is INR 2500, and for the SC/ST categories candidates is INR 1250.

• Scanned copies of 10th and 12th marksheets.

• Scanned copy of recent passport-sized photograph.

• Scanned signature.

• Valid Identity Proof including Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID, etc.

• Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net banking details for the fee payment.
