KMAT Exam : Exam Date, Registration, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

The KMAT 2025 Exam application form for MBA admissions was available on their official website from 14 May to 20 August 2025. This exam is conducted by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association or KPPGCA. They follow the complete online application process. To fill out the application form, visiting the website was the first step. Then, entering basic details such as DOB, name, and email ID is necessary to complete the registration process. Once registered successfully, applicants needed to log in and complete the full application form by providing personal details, academic credentials, and their preferred courses. During this process, students needed to select their preferred city for the exam day from more than 10 cities across India. To complete the application process, the application fee of INR 850 (GST charges and platform fee may be charged). It is important to fill out the application form correctly, as a form with false or incorrect information will be rejected.

KMAT 2025 Exam Important Dates 

Step 1: Visit the Official Website: The first step is to go to the official KMAT website: https://www.kmatindia.com/ 

Step 2: Click on “Apply Now” or “Registration” Link: On the homepage, look for a button or banner that says “KMAT Application”. Click on it to begin the registration process.

Step 3: Register Yourself: You will be taken to the registration page, where you need to enter basic personal details such as:

• Full Name (as per academic records)

• Date of Birth

• Mobile Number

• Valid Email ID

• Qualification details (10th, 12th, and graduation)

• Choose a password to create your account

The confirmation email will be sent by the authority containing login details to complete full application process. 

Step 4: Login and Fill the Application Form: After registration, log in using your email ID and the password you created. You will now be directed to the main application form. Here, you need to enter:

• Basic Personal Details: Name, Gender, Nationality, Category, etc.

• Academic Information: Marks and details of Class 10, 12, and Graduation

• Course Applying For: MBA / MCA

• Preferred Exam Centre from the given list. 

Step 5: Required Documents Upload: Upload the Recent, colored passport-size photo with a plain background.

Upload the clear scan image of your signature in black ink on white paper.

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee: After putting all details correctly, pay the application fee of INR 850 and during this process, some GST will be charged. The payment can be made from - Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking. 

Step 7: Review and Submit Your Form: Check all details again before clicking on the submit button. Then, Click on “Submit”. 

The KMAT 2025 Exam application form fee is INR 850 for all candidates who are from the General categories. The application fee amount can be paid through online payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. KMAT 2025 Exam Document Specifications

For the KMAT 2025 exam application, candidates must upload important documents in the specified format and size. To avoid any kind of rejection, all documents need to be uploaded in their prescribed specification. 

• Recent Passport-sized Photograph 

• Candidate’s Signature 

• Scanned Copies of Academic Certificates

  • Class 10th marksheet

  • Class 12th Marksheet

  • Graduation Marksheet for all semesters or equivalent 

• Valid ID Proof (for identity verification during the exam)

KMAT 2025 Exam Application Correction Window

The KMAT application form cannot be edited after the form submission, as the authority does not open a correction window. Candidates must provide accurate and complete information in all details. The KMAT authority will reject all applications with incorrect information or data.
