The Jamia Millia Islamia University will announce the JMI Entrance Exams Counselling soon on their official website. There is a very high possibility that the JMI counselling will start taking place from June, 2025. The JMI Counselling dates vary according to the courses. 

The JMI Counselling is only conducted for students who have passed their exams. The counselling process usually involves document verification, seat allocation and payment of the admission fee. Candidates are provided with particular places to attend the counselling as per scheduled by the official JMI portal.

Below is a step-by-step guide for the counselling process: 

Step 1: Students need to first visit the official JMI portal.

Step 2: You will get the list of selected students for admission. 

Step 3: Now check the counselling schedule on the official website and please remember that the counselling dates will vary on the basis of courses.

Step 4: Now students should check their date and time, and venue.

Step 5: Students need to bring their original documents including their admit cards, academic certificates, valid ID proofs for verification. 

Step 6: Now, based on merit and preferences, seats are allocated to students.

• Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates
• Graduation Mark Sheet and Degree (for postgraduate courses)
