DDU Entrance Exam : Exam Date, Registration, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

Deen Dayal Upadhyay University, Gorakhpur, has already conducted the entrance exam for the 2025-26 academic session for UG, PG and Ph.D degrees. The application form was released on 26 April 2025 and 14 May 2025 for UG and PG courses respectively on the official website-ddugu.ac.in. The last date to submit the DDU entrance exam application form 2025 was 25 June 2025, and the examination was held from 04 to 20 July 2025. The applicants can apply online by paying the application form fee of INR 1000 to INR 1500 (varies depending on the caste).

Here is a breakdown of the process to fill out the application form. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of DDU https://ddugu.ac.in/

Step 2: On the Home page, look below for the registration link. 

Step 3: Read the instructions carefully and fill out the registration form with your personal and qualification details. 

Step 4: Fill the OTP that you will receive on your email. Now, you have your registration number. 

Step 5: log in using the registration number to fill the application form and Select the desired program. 

Step 6: Upload the documents required. ( Example, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, ID etc). 

Step 7: Pay the application fee online using a Credit Card/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

DDU Entrance Exam Document Specification 

While filling out the application form, some documents are required to be submitted in the prescribed format to complete the application process. Here is a list of documents required during the DDU Entrance exam application 2025:- 

• 10+2 Admit Card and Marksheet 

• Graduation Marksheet or Certificate (if applicable)

• Postgraduate Marksheet and Certificate ( if applicable) 

• Passport-size photograph

• Signature 

• Any Identity proof ( Aadhar, Pan, etc)

• Caste Certificate( if applicable) 

DDU Entrance Exam Application Form Correction Window 

DDU provides a Correction Window to correct any errors or mistakes made in the application form.  For the 2025-26 session, the correction window for UG and PG was available till 27 June 2025 after the last date of the application form filling. During the correction window period, students will be able to edit and modify their application form, such as:

• Personal Information (e.g., name, date of birth, contact details)

• Academic Qualifications

• Uploaded Documents

• Category Details (e.g., General, OBC, SC/ST)

Students are advised to fill the application form carefully as some information may not be editable such as the course applied for or test center preferences.
