Student recruitment is handled through the corporate relations and placement cell of XLRI through its CRISP portal, which helps centralise placement resources, company reports and interview tools. It starts by recruiting first-year students (SIP) to gain summer internship experience, and those who are successful get placed in the second year with final placements. Organisations enrol in the CRISP system, post profiles and schedules, and hold recruitment parties. Students apply via CRISP, go through selection rounds (Usually including GD, interviews and aptitude tests), they are offered.
