

Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Kochi, is one of the emerging educational destinations to pursue higher studies in Management and Business Schools.

To be eligible for admission, students must qualify either for the state-level KMAT exam (Kerala Management Aptitude Test) or national examinations such as GMAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, or MAT. Along with this, students must have completed graduation from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks required for reserved categories).
XIME Kochi offers a two-year, full-time residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management program that is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education.
The total XIME Kochi fees for the PGDM program is INR 9,90,000. This amount covers various expenses, including tuition, admission fees, access to the library and computer lab, textbooks, program materials, examination fees, co-curricular activities, and alumni membership.
The XIME Kochi fee structure for the academic year 2025-2026 consists of various components, such as a security deposit, application fees, tuition fees, and charges for hostel accommodation and meals, among others.
Students are required to pay the xime kochi fees in six instalments. In the 1st year, students need to pay INR 5,20,000, which will be paid in three instalments, while in the second year, INR 4,70,000 is required to be paid in three instalments. Additionally, a one-time refundable caution deposit of INR 25,000 must be paid upon xime kochi admission. The application fee for the PGDM program is INR 2,000, which is paid at the time of application.
The institute has made it compulsory to provide living accommodation for the candidates, for which candidates will be required to pay accommodation charges as well. The total accommodation expenses will include hostel rent per month, hostel security deposit, and mess charges. The hostel charges for a month range between INR 10,500 and INR 11,500. Apart from that, the hostel establishment cost is INR 7000 per month. The hostel caution deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the session, will be charged for INR 10,000.
Students need to keep in mind that the security deposit and hostel caution deposits are refundable charges.
