WBS Pune provides a full-time, two-year PGDM program in seven dual specialisations, such as General Management, Agri-Business Management, Pharmaceutical Management, etc. These programs help students understand the basics of the business and choose what to study based on their future career paths.
To become eligible for PGDM admission, students must have completed their graduation degree with at least 50% marks from a recognised university. Final-year graduation students are also eligible to apply, but they need to submit all the documents by September 30. Along with the academic result, a valid entrance exam score is also mandatory, such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT.
The selection process stages have been given certain weightage, which guarantees that the candidates' academic as well as their personal competencies are taken into consideration.

Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD&PI) mainly focus on communication skills, Leadership Potential, and Analytical thinking, as well as the overall personality of the candidate. In this stage, 40% of the selection process, Work Experience has a 10% weightage.
