WBS Pune offers several scholarships for the academic year 2025 to offer financial support to talented students with good academics pursuing their PGDM courses. The primary objective of these scholarships is to provide management education at an affordable cost and to recognise educational excellence, leadership capabilities, and social commitment.

The WBS offers a scholarship for Girls/Hindi Linguistic Minority Students, which is INR 75,000. WBS helps students get education loans from top banks and financial companies. These include government banks, private banks, international banks, and NBFCs. 

Vidya Lakshmi is a special website for students who want an education loan. The website is managed by NSDL e-Governance. Students can use it to apply for loans, check their status, and track progress—anytime, anywhere. The West Bengal government started the Student Credit Card Scheme to help students pay for their education. 

Admission for the academic year 2025-27 is open, and the last date to apply online is October 2025 (Tentative). Completion of a graduation degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks is required for admission to the PGDM program. Students must also have secured a valid score in any one of the following entrance exams, such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT. The selection process is designed in such a way that examines the candidates on various scales. The Written Test and Academic performance are considered equally and each one has 25% of the overall results. Group Discussion and Personal Interview is considered 40%. The two-year PGDM program is offered at WBS Pune in full-time mode. To get admitted, students must have passed a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university. Students who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply. 5% relaxation is provided to the reserved category students. Along with this, a valid score of national or state-level entrance exams is also required. The entrance exams accepted include CAT, MAT, CMAT, and XAT. The final selection process includes Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, and a Written Assessment test.
