University of Engineering and Management Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026
University of Engineering and Management Kolkata offers a wide range of full-time programs in different disciplines. Each program has specific eligibility criteria based on the applicant’s academic background. Here is an overview of the basic eligibility criteria required for admission.
For admission to the B.Tech course, candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 70% marks from a recognised board. Admission to this course is based on the marks obtained either in the Institute of Engineering and Management Joint Entrance Exam (IEMJEE), the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE), or the JEE Main examination.
For admission to the BBA course at UEM Kolkata, students must have passed their Class 12th with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognised institute. Admission to this course is primarily based on the marks obtained in the IEMJEE examination.
For admission to the five-year integrated BBA LLB course, students are required to have at least 60% marks in their 12th class from any recognised board. Admission to this program is based on the marks obtained in the University’s own entrance test, IEMJEE, and students having qualifying marks in the CLAT examination will be directly eligible for the GD or Personal Interview round.
