The admission is open for various UG, PG, and Doctoral programs at The Oxford College of Engineering in multiple specializations in disciplines such as engineering, architecture, management, computer application and research academy.  The admissions process follows both the Government and Management quota categories as specified by the Karnataka government and VTU guidelines.

Undergraduate students will have access to B.E. and B.Arch programs in several engineering fields. Admission to B.E. programs will generally be based on the KCET or other approved entrance examinations. However, B.Arch candidates must submit a valid NATA or JEE Main Paper entrance score.

Admission to the M.Tech programs will require a GATE or Karnataka PGCET score, while admission to the MBA programs will accept PGET, KMAT, MAT, or CAT scores. Those who want admission in MCA will require either a Karnataka PGET score or a KMAT score.

To get admission, candidates should complete an application form by filling all details and submit the required academic documents, a valid entrance exam scorecard, etc. Candidates shall also be required to pay an application fee of INR 450. Final admission will be granted following verification of the application documents and merit evaluation.

The Oxford College of Engineering Eligibility Criteria 2026

The Oxford College of Engineering Bangalore has set different eligibility requirements for its UP and PG admission. Applicant must meet the basic eligibility requirements as per the course preferred. For BE program admission, candidates must pass PUC/10+2 with physics and math as required subjects, securing at least 45% aggregate marks (40% marks for Karnakta SC, ST, and OBC students).  B.Arch applicant required 50% marks in their 10+2 with PCM and a valid score in NATA or JEE Mains. 

Admission to the M.Tech program requires a BE/BTech with a minimum marks 50% and accepted scores in GATE or PGCET. MBA and MCA admission need bachelor's degree with 50% marks and a valid score in entrance exams such as KMAT, MAT, PGET, etc. There is no entrance examination is required for applicants from NRI or foreign students. As per the placement statistics for session 2025–26, the maximum salary package offered was INR 36.5 LPA. On the other hand, the average salary package recorded was between INR 5 LPA and 6 LPA. Typically, most students receive offers from employers within an expected range of INR 3 LPA - 6 LPA. The majority of students receive job offers from either the AIML, Computer Science Engineering, Information Science Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering branches.

The Oxford College of Engineering Scholarships 2026

The Oxford College of Engineering Bangalore, Karnataka, supports students through scholarships and financial aid. One example is the OutdoorStack Annual Financial Aid Program. This program provides funds for students interested in participating in outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, boating, cycling, etc. The scholarship is available to all students of The Oxford Educational Institutions / Oxford College of Engineering, regardless of their academic major.

Under this scholarship scheme, one selected student will be awarded a total of $1500. The applicant must show evidence of other outdoor activity participation and must have been involved in helping the community through volunteer work. The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage student and family participation in outdoor game activities as well as to support students' educational pursuits. The scholarship program is designed to encourage student involvement and awareness of outdoor education and outdoor recreational activities.
