The Design Village Admission Introduction
The Design Village was founded with a vision to offer world’s best design education to Indian students. Each decision related to curriculum, culture, and partnerships is shaped through a designer’s lens. The Institute offers two courses: a BDes and an M.Des. They are UGC approved programs offered by the OP Jindal Global University.
Both programs are offered full-time and on campus. Students who want to get admission into their preferred courses should fill out the online application form. Additionally, they must upload the required documents in the application form and pay the required fees.
The Design Village Admission 2026
The Design Village offers two courses at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. One is the Bachelor of Design course, and the other is the Master of Design course. The B.Des course is of 4 years, including 16 weeks of industry internship, and the M.Des course is of 2 years. Admission for these courses is based on merit and an entrance process organised by the Institute.
The curriculum for both courses is recognised by the Don Norman Design Award. Furthermore, students get access to industry-grade labs and machinery across Noida’s industrial area & they also participate in off-campus experimental learning courses. Likewise, in the Master’s course, students get to work on multiple real-world projects introduced by leading companies, undertake two capstone projects, and create a creative portfolio.

The Design Village Eligibility Criteria 2026
The Design Village is known for offering B.Des and M.Des at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These courses are offered in collaboration with O.P. Jindal Global University. Below is a brief description of the eligibility criteria for the B.Des and M.Des courses at this Institute:
Students who want to get admission into the B.Des course should have completed class 12th in any stream.
For the M.Des course, students should have graduated in any discipline.
The Design Village UG Admission 2026
The Institute offers one undergraduate course, and it is the Bachelor of Design course. It is a four-year full-time course including a 16-week industry internship. Through this course, students get access to industry-grade labs & machinery across Noida’s industrial area to learn more about the field of design. They also actively participate in off-campus experiential learning courses.
Students pursuing this course will also gain international exposure while attending a two-month Creative Residency at the TVD’s Milan Campus in Italy. This takes place in the third year of their program, and all the costs related to tuition, visa, travel, accommodation, and meals are built into the programme fee.
Students who want to get admission into this course should have passed class 12th in any discipline, and the total program fee for this course is INR 26,90,000. Furthermore, the classes will begin on 27th July 2026, and all the classes will happen on campus. The course also includes various specialisations. Some of these specialisations include Communication & Interaction Design, Fashion & Textile Design, Interior & Space Design, and more.
The Design Village PG Admission 2026
Students who want to continue their studies in Design and want to study a Master’s degree in it can get admission into the M.Des course at this Institute. It is a two-year program that is taught through industry-relevant expertise to prepare students to work as creative leaders. Students also work on multiple real-world projects provided by leading companies, undertake two capstone projects, and create a creative portfolio.
The curriculum also covers advanced communication, leadership skills, in-demand software training, and portfolio building blocks. It also offers the same specialisations as offered in the Bachelor of Design course. Students who want to get admission into this course should have graduated in any discipline, and the total program fee for this course is INR 13,50,000. Furthermore, the classes will begin on 27th July 2026.
The Design Village Application Form 2026
Students who want to get admission into any of the courses offered by the Institute must follow the steps given below to fill out the Design Village application form:
Step 1: Students must visit the official website: https://www.thedesignvillage.org/
Step 2: When the website opens, candidates must click on ‘Apply Now.’
Step 3: Another tab opens up, and candidates must register themselves by filling out the registration form.
Step 4: Once the registration is complete, students will receive the login credentials via email.
Step 5: Students must use these credentials to log back in and fill out the application form.
Step 6: Students must fill out the application form, upload the required documents, pay the application fee, if required, and then submit the form.
