St. Francis Institute of Management and Research-PGDM Admission Overview
SFIMAR-PGDM is available in multiple streams, including Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Banking, etc. Admission is decided by merit, and entrance exams for management are conducted at the state or national level. Among the entrance exams, such as CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ MAH-CET/ CMAT or ATMA, the score of any one of the exams is considered. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 50% marks in a bachelor’s degree for admission.
Admissions are currently held. Applicants can apply for admission before the admission gets closes. At the time of admission, applicants will be required to pay INR 1500 as an application fee. The institute accepts both online and offline admission forms.

This institute specifically offers PGDM in several fields such as Marketing, Banking, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, etc. Merit and state or national-level entrance exam scores will be the determining factors for admission. In addition to this, a GD or a personal interview is also held, which requires candidates to participate for admission to the PGDM program. Apart from that, a minimum of 50% in a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university is a must. Scores of entrance exams such as GMAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ or MAH-CET are required to be taken.
Admissions at SFIMAR-PGDM for the current academic term 2025 for the PGDM course are going on. Students can apply for the PGDM in either online or offline mode. Candidates can apply till September 2025. PGDM admissions are conducted in two phases. The first phase includes the admission form and document verification. The second phase consists of essay writing, personality factor test (PF Test), and a Personal Interview (PI).
Candidates who are in their final year of their UG program this year (2025) and are willing to pursue PGDM from SFIMAR-PGDM for the next academic year (2026-2027) can apply for the upcoming entrance exams, such as CAT-2025 and XAT-2026.

St. Francis Institute of Management and Research-PGDM takes admission based on merit and entrance exams. Academic scores achieved in bachelor's and either of the scores competitive exams, such as state-level entrance exams, MAH-CET, or national-level entrance exams, such as CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ or GMAT, are accepted for admission to PGDM. In a Bachelor’s degree, it is compulsory to achieve a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university.

SFIMAR PGDM specifically offers an AICTE-approved residential course PGDM for a minimum span of two years. The course incorporates both major and minor specialisations, such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources Management, Business Analytics, Banking, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare Management, and Hospitality Management.
Admissions are open for the year 2025, and it is advised that candidates apply for admission before the application closes. The course will cost a total amount of INR 3,00,000 for one year. Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% and a valid CAT/ MAT/ XAT/CMAT/ GMAT/ ATMA or MAH-CET score can apply.

Candidates can collect the application form either by visiting the SFIMAR-PGDM campus or by visiting the official website of the institute. To fill out the online application form, candidates have to register first by providing their contact details or Email ID, then fill in their personal and educational details (obtained scores in academics and entrance exams), and upload all the required documents such as photographs, marksheet/ certificates, identity proof, etc. Then, pay the application fee of INR 1500, and after the final review, submission of the application form.
