Students who are studying at this University can register themselves for the placement process that happens every year. This helps them gain job offers in some of the top companies in India. Below is an explanation of how the placement process works:
Each year, when the placements begin, they send an invitation to companies that are interested in being a part of their placement drive. It is upto the companies to reject or accept the invitation.
Once the companies accept the invitation, they inform the University, and they set up or organise pre-placement talks for these companies. They also inform the students about companies coming for the pre-placement talks, so that they can take part in them.
These are sessions that help students understand more about the companies, the job role, salary, eligibility criteria, and how the selection process works. Students also learn about the company’s culture and growth opportunities.
After the pre-placement talks are over, students can register with the placement cell. This helps students take part in the job interviews and selection process for getting a job in their preferred companies.
Students who have taken part in the placement drive can take part in the selection process of different companies. These include written tests, group discussions, technical interviews, and HR interviews.
After the selection process is over, companies create a list of students that have been selected. Additionally, they will provide offer letters, and it is up to the students to accept or reject them. Likewise, if a student hasn’t gotten an offer letter, the University helps them get an offer letter in the next placement drive.
