Candidates who want to apply for the MSc Zoology course should have passed the BSc (Hons) Zoology course with a minimum of 45% marks .
If a candidate wants to apply for the MA Sociology course, they should have a BA Sociology degree, or they should have graduated with a BA Hons degree with Sociology as an elective, and a minimum of 45% marks.
For the MA in Peace & Conflict Studies and Management course, students should have done a Hons degree in any subject with a minimum of 45% or a graduate needs to have 56% marks.
Candidates applying for the MA in Nepali should be an Honors graduate in Nepali with a minimum of 45% marks.
For candidates who are interested in studying the MA in Lepcha course, they need to have graduated with a BA in Lepcha and also scored a minimum of 45% marks in it.
Sikkim University provides undergraduate courses such as BA in Psychology, BSc, BA in Chinese, and BA in Hindi. All the undergraduate courses at this University are of four years, and the total fee ranges between INR 5000 and INR 9000. The basic eligibility criteria for these programs are that candidates must have passed class 12th with a minimum of 45 to 55% marks.

Candidates who want to get admission into the MBA course at Sikkim University should have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a minimum of 50% (45% marks for the reserved candidates). Along with this, the candidates need to appear for the CUET exam, a Group discussion, which will amount to 20% of the marks, and a Personal Interview, which will amount to 10% of the total marks.
