The SCMS Cochin Business School has two courses: a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Fellowship program in Management. Since the admission process is going on, candidates can visit the official website to fill out the online application form. Students who want to apply for the postgraduate diploma in management course should have a graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks, and final year students are also eligible if they score the required marks.
Furthermore, candidates should have a valid entrance exam score from one of the following exams, such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and KMAT. Whereas, for the Fellowship program in Management, candidates must have a postgraduate degree in engineering & technology, social science, economics, biological science, commerce, humanities, and pure science. Below is a list of eligibility criteria that candidates must pass if they want to apply for the PGDM or FPM program:
For the PGDM Course
Candidates who want to get admission in the PGDM course should have a graduation degree in any subject with a minimum of 50% marks. Along with these candidates, who are in their final year, they can also apply if they fulfil the necessary criteria. Candidates are also admitted based on the total marks obtained in the entrance exams such as KMAT, MAT, XAT, CAT, and CMAT.
For the Fellowship Program in Management
Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in Humanities, Commerce, Pure Science, Biological Science, Social Science, Economics, Management, and Engineering & Technology. They should also have a CGPA of 6 or score 60% marks so that they can get admission in the program.
Furthermore, candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC-NC, and differently abled will get a relaxation of 5% marks. Plus, candidates with professional qualifications such as C.A., ICWA, and C.S. with a minimum of 50% marks.

SCMS Cochin School of Business Scholarships 2025
If students are facing financial difficulties, they can avail themselves of the following scholarship schemes that are available for the 2025-27 academic session with 60% marks in the qualifying degree. The business school provides two scholarships:
Merit-Based Scholarships, where candidates with 90th percentile in MAT or 80th percentile in CAT or have a minimum of 90% marks in graduation can apply for a scholarship worth INR 1 lakh.
If a candidate has an 80-90 percentile in MAT and 70-80 percentile in CAT or 80-90 percentile in graduation, then they are eligible for a scholarship worth INR 50,000.
Work-based Scholarships for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a reputed company, who are eligible for a maximum of 40% tuition fees.
Furthermore, Candidates from all States of India other than Kerala are eligible for an INR 1 lakh scholarship.
